Pros: Great stay and good value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful breakfast plentiful good choice, didn't stay for entertainment but won on the bingo yay

Pros: Lovely hotel very friendly staff well stocked bar reasonable priced perfect location will definitely stay again

Cons: My radiator didn't work and room was really cold but man on reception have me a plug in heater and apologised i was warm once I had the heater so problem.solved

Great hotel great staff clean great location and value for money

I would like to come again if only the bedding was not the same

Pros: I did enjoy the cooked breakfast in the morning each morning

Cons: We booked this on line we got asked if we needed anything and we asked for bed sheets NOT to be the same we got to the room it was the same it was a good job my girlfriend took her own bedding here is my e-mail if you want to get back to me about this scott.hearts@yahoo.co.uk

Excellent hotel

Pros: Been here quite a few times over the last few years the staff are always very friendly and polite the food is always good and hot :)

Cons: Not a lot i didn’t like except the mattress wasn’t as comfortable as previous times I’ve stayed

Pros: Everything about this hotel is Absolutely perfect ftom Front of House through to all departments and the facilities are second to none, staff throughout the hotel exceptionally courteous and friendly with their professional service provided , bedrooms are exceptionally comfortable as are the beds, we didn't want to leave though we will return again such a prestigious hotel
