Pros: Friendliness of staff. Value for money. Proximity to Winter gardens where conference was.

Cons: Next door gutter broken and water cascading all night onto metal vent which kept me awake all night.

Superb Breakaway in Super Clean , well organised Hotel ...

Pros: A Warm Welcome. Warm , cosy very clean first thoughts . Phillip The Manager was Amazing ! Loved My Room. VERY Clean and cosy. Bed was Super Comfy . Spotless,new,white bedding and Towels . Bathroom spotless . Lots of Tea and coffee . T.V was small but new and worked well. Food Amazing . So glad Ive now found The Sutcliffe Hotel . Im a regular ,solo Traveller . This is my new Fav xxxx

Cons: I actually needed time away on my own from my Very busy ,customer based job .......I would have preffered to Dine alone. Small talk isnt my thing . But I did enjoy the experience and should have mentioned I prefer solo dining. Next time I will . Xxx

Had a great stay coming back December

Pros: The full English breakfast with sausage bacon egg black pudding mushrooms and toast as well as continental breakfast on offer and unlimted tea and coffee and juices perfect everything you needed for starting the day with and staff was polite said feel free to ask for anythink

Nice hotel, good price, great staff

Pros: Nice quiet hotel. 5 mins walk to tower, winter gardens etc. Staff are friendly and very welcoming Breakfast was served super quick and tasty

Cons: Shower was a bit low pressure Only 1hr schedule for breakfast and served between 8.15 and 9.25 so no long lie in...
