Pros: Great location for Winter Gardens and central shopping areas, good breakfast and staff were very friendly

Cons: Heating didn't work/wasn't turned on in January (freezing temperatures outside) however the staff had already provided a heater for the room so we were comfy enough

Lovely hotel with friendly staff in a great location would return and recommend.

Pros: Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, homely and warm, clean white bedding and a nice bed throw, extra pillows that were comfy, good bar with music on, accommodating for baby - cot offered & high chair at breakfast, lovely breakfast, fast service, great location.

Cons: The lift was very small but thankfully just managed to squeeze in with the travel pram - a wheelchair wouldn’t fit inside though.
