Pros: Center of town. Perfect. Nice and warm building. Huge warm bathroom.

Cons: The keys/ card were not in the keysafe so we had to wait to be able to enter.

Nice experience for a weekend night

Pros: That there was a snack table. We had a large bathroom. The location. The chair in the room corner. Had four outlets in our small room.

Cons: Room alocation did not receive the check in info until I messaged we are outside. Was told we have room 1 and instead was given room 9. All keyboxes had thr same code and our box hadnt even be scrambled. No signal so could not phone.No soap in Bathroom. Squeeky floors. The fold out table too big for our room size. Door had check out is 10am when it is infact 11am.

Great value for money

Pros: Free WiFi, complimentary tea, coffee & fruit in reception (& beverages in room), very helpful friendly reception, rooms were clean & tidy, great central location.

Cons: hot water in the showers was tepid, springs had gone in mattress so was comfy but noisy.

Excellent value and brilliant location 👍 👍

Pros: The location for Winter Gardens could not be any better. Car parks are really close. The place is clean bright and has a nice atmosphere. Greeted at the door by a lovely host who explained everything and showed me to my room and asked If was happy with it. I was, it was clean bright and comfortable all I could ask considering price and everything. :)

Cons: Nothing to not like.

Pros: Really cute and cosy library room.. clean. Great for the price plus the added extra snacks for breakfast was a lovely touch.. coming back soon.
