Pros: Room spotlessly clean. Beds so comfy. Spacious shower. Dining room and service fabulous. Breakfast great choices and really delicious. Rooms so warm (heating on as it's January) without having to ask. Heavy curtains so no light coming in while trying to sleep. Staff so friendly, helpful and polite. Location brilliant, near everything I needed. Loved the fact it has a ramp and lift. Free WiFi. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying there again

Would recommend.

Pros: Breakfast was plentiful, organised and tasty. Staff are brilliant. Had all we needed. Room was nice and warm (December stay) Good old fashioned stay at Blackpool!

Cons: Place is dated just like blackpool itself. However I would definitely recommend as the staff and location make up for the 'step back in time' features.

Pros: Staff are lovely, happy to help Weather was very cold.....whole building comfortably warm at alm times Breakfast great....well priced and tasty Family room clean and comfy Location is perfect...short walk to the front, but away from noise so good night sleep Very good value for money. We regularly stay at the Lawton or sister hotel the Beechfield as always guarenteed friendly welcome and comfortable stay thats great value

Cons: Some rooms the decor is tired, but its clean and co fy so doesnt bother us
