Fabulous hosts!

Pros: Julie and Steve were fabulous hosts. They couldn't have been more accommodating. They were so friendly and went out of their way to check we were all happy and comfortable. There was a slight issue with one of the rooms (we had 4 booked) and they fixed it straight away with no fuss. Breakfast was fab and plenty of it and cooked fresh. There were 9 of us and for a girls weekend away we would definitely recommend.

Cons: It could do with some updates but Steve and Julie haven't been their very long and are aware of this and are working through them. We look forward to going back and seeing what they have done with the place.

Pros: Breakfast was very good freshly cooked Location very good as it was central Hospitality excellent. The owners were very friendly and accommodating even prepared little lunch packs fir the children for the day

Pros: Very friendly owners! Steve and Julie are great hosts, tidy room, clean bed linen and comfy mattresses on all beds, breakfast is very nice and good quality sausage and bacon.

Pros: We loved the breakfast in a morning, Julie and Steve were amazing with us making sure we had everything we needed! Made sure I had lots of extra pillows, had a fab time overall. We both are looking forward to coming back here again as we come to Blackpool once a year typically.

Pros: Welcomed by brother and sister team of Steven and Julie. Very friendly and informative and couldn’t do enough to make our family feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely (especially the sausage and bacon) and the produce is sourced locally. Rooms were a tad small but they were very clean and also included Iron, ironing board, fan, fridge, tele and even a hairdryer. The location is perfect. Situated about 300m to Coral Island, there is a pay and display on the same street and a Morrisons daily at the bottom of the street. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thank you Julie and Steven

Super friendly, well priced and comfortable!!

Pros: We were lucky enough to grab a cancelled room, very last minute! Very friendly from the get go was made to feel right at home. Comfortable beds, quite a few stairs to get to the room, however it worked off all the junk food. Breakfast was top notch lots of options, cooked, cereal and pastries, overall myself and my two teenage children will definitely book here again 😀
