Good budget hotel

Pros: Large room with double and single bed. TV. Shower. Hosts were very helpful in changing breakfast times to accommodate activities I had planned (running events) Room we had although next to a street was very quiet. Shower done the job. Radiator kept the room warm. Has a bar. It should be noted that this room was a budget price and should be rated accordingly. I qas happy with the value for money

Cons: Some repairs required but host recently purchased hotel and has refurbishment plans. Hot tap needed washer changed.

It was very nice and breakfast was really good

Pros: Cosy and handy location . Owner’s were really lovely and the breakfast was wonderful . Clean and comfortable

Pros: Excellent breakfast in the morning, great location and the owners were brilliant. Small is with the lock in the room but the owners relaxed the lick and met us on the central pier to give us the key

Excellent value for money in easy reach for all attractions. Friendly staff breakfast served quickly

Local to all the attractions about 10-15 minute walk

Pros: Julie and Andre went above and beyond to make you feel welcome . The room was very clean and the beds were really comfortable, also the breakfast was beautiful, Will definitely be staying at this hotel again .

Fantastic location and Breakfast highly recommended!

Pros: Stayed here for a long weekend and the hotel is located in a prime location with Blackpool promenade only a 2 minute walk which was great. I highly recommend a cooked breakfast. There was a great choice and as we had a five year old daughter, she had a choice of cereal or cooked breakfast. They did scrambled eggs on toast for her which she commented were better than her dad's! Which is a huge compliment as she's very fussy! Even had a couple of toys for her to play with. We had a cooked breakfast every day for 3 days and it was just amazing, made the mistake of having everything our first morning, didn't eat again all day until about 7pm! Didn't drink in the available bar but prices were reasonably good with some offers available on beer and cider. The room was clean and the beds were clean and comfy. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming and staff members the same. All doing an amazing job.

Cons: Yes, the hotel is looking tired but they are working on improving that. We got to see the new wallpaper that will be going up in hallways and discussed the paint colour throughout which I am sure will look fantastic when completed. There is so much to do and see in Blackpool that you don't spend much time in your hotel anyway!
