Pros: accommodation was sufficient for our stay and was clean. the staff were very nice and helpful

Pros: Clean quiet (apart from seagulls )but that's the beach for you.

Cons: One of the windows had a damaged lock so could not shut fully luckily weather was ok

great value for a few nights away. close to the city centre. on call reception we’re able to resolve any issue quickly.

Pros: contacted me on the day of arrival and sent code to be able to access the lobby and my room quickly and effeciently

Cons: slight hiccup on room on arrival, however this was quickly resolved and I was put into another room. some minor details such as missing mirror and glue mark from where it had come down, but didn’t effect my stay in anyway.

Pros: From the minute we arrived the lady was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others and we will be returning for sure, the location is perfect and the car park is just a short walk on to the next street.

Pros: Lovely staff whom remembered me from my kast stay there. Had a small issue with shower in room we where in. I notified the owner and within 20 minutes we where moved to another room which was just a lovely as the first. Owner was going to put us on another upstairs although soon as she saw my crutch and that I had a bad back she made sure I had a ground floor room. Very very accommodating. Won't go anywhere else now when going to Blackpool. Will just be booking in with high tide hotel.
