Pros: Staff were lovely, ideally located, good sized room. Breakfast was tasty and even gave my son chips when he asked off menu

Cons: There was a fire alarm test that we weren't aware of but staff were great and ran up to our room to let us know not to worry and we're really apologetic that it woke up the kids

Exceptional

Pros: Lovely well presented bedroom, really nice and warm and smelled absolutely amazing. Perfect location and the manager was so helpful and accommodating. I did see a review saying there was an unexpected £10 to pay for key deposit, but if you read the booking email properly it does tell you that before arrival. Also the bed was so comfy, comfier than my own at home! I have 0 complaints about this place and would stay again 100%

Pleasant, welcoming and lovely

Pros: The lovely fella who booked us into our rooms. He was so polite, kind and very welcoming!! He was also very handy. Everything was in reach of the hotel and it was value for money!

Pros: Nice staff. Lovely shower and lovely breakfast in the cafe next door!

Cons: Bed was low and not much bedding, had to pay 10 pounds deposit also.

Pros: It was a high blackpool standard. No leaks, no smells, quiet, location right by the blackpool tower, cupboard, decent shower size. I'd stay again.

Cons: My shower wasn't as strong as I like, but that's being picky.

This hotel is made up of self contained rooms with en-suite shower/toilet, no lounge or bar, but is ideally placed f

Pros: Close to Coral Island Amusements, The Ocean Hotel is ideally located for The Tower, The Winter Gardens, The Hounslow Shopping Centre and also The Viva Show Venue. The room was spacious and clean, with tea and coffee facilities. Toiletries were also provided. New friendly owners, eager to please. Cooked English breakfast included at adjoining restaurant, again with friendly, helpful staff.

Cons: Nothing no to dislike.
