Pros: Friendly and welcoming. Very clean and fresh. Ideally located for town, Tower, sea, trams etc. Very comfortable bed and had a decent sleep. Highly recommended and very sensibly priced.

Pros: Staff was excellent couldn't fault them shown to the room breakfast well looked after room in excellent condition everything perfect

Pros: The area the value for the money, the staff friendly and excellent at the job. Very clean and rooms warm.

Cons: The shower sadly it was slow and not very hot in the first room i satay in. The other room i moved to it was slow but hot. Everything else was very good.

Surprisingly great place at an incredibly affordable price

Pros: The room was well equipped and really comfortable with everything needed including tea, coffee, chocolate etc. and free bottled water for all guests. The wifi and TV were good and the welcome was 5 star. The breakfast was brilliant and very flexible - lots of freshly prepared fruit salad and choice of continental with full English cooked fresh to order. The coffee was good too. there was nothing more I could have asked for, even in a more expensive hotel and to top it off I was able to park right outside.
