Pros: Things was absolutely perfect the Friday night when we arrived the man who was on reception upon our arrival was the nicest offered us free breakfadt for our 2 day stay aswell..I would of given a perfect a perfect score however on our 2nd night stay my children was rudely woken by drunken adults more than once which started at 1.30am and continued until 4am. They had a dance competition to attend on the sunday morning,due to next to no rest this made them extremely tired. The staff member that was on that night he tried to sort this situation but unfortunately they carried on throughout the night. Sunday morning again the staff where super friendly and easy to approach, also our breakfast was so nice and for both my daughters being picky eaters they munched up their cooked breakfasts. Thank you to the staff you made our stay very comfortable. If we come back to Blackpool I will be booking here again.

Cons: Noisy drink guests been inconsiderate of children sleeping and ignoring staff. View from the room was a yard but wasn't bothered.

A week day retreat

Pros: The hotel is lovely. The staff are so nice. Ive never have a bad experience here, that's why I keep coming back. The restaurant is fantastic and well worth a visit .

Pros: Staff really friendly. Upgraded my room and the breakfast was excellent. Great location. Indian restaurant attached, plus so close to town for everything else. Clean, warm, and great value for money

Pros: Booked two double rooms for total of 4 guests. We opted for the rooms without breakfast but upgraded on arrival with complementary breakfast. Lovely welcome on arrival. Room smallish but very clean and immaculate towels and bedding. Room was lovely and warm. It had everything we needed and much exceeded expectations for a budget hotel. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and a perfect start to the day. I do have other trips to Blackpool planned and would be happy to return.

Cons: Not a complaint but entrance hall and stairways very tired but not the end of the world.

Pros: We had a lovely family room for 5 of us which was clean. Nothing was too much for the staff there. Lovely location if you want to be by the town centre/pubs & clubs

Cons: There was a nasty smell in the bar area

A fab stay, worth the money. Clean and staff are great! We wil stay again.

Pros: Location was great, staff especially Adam was absolutely brilliant even upgraded us to breakfast. Kept the bar open for us.

Nice place to stay with kids, friendly staff and good value for money. We did enjoy our break.

Pros: Location was brilliant, very close to casino, tower and all attractions. Staff was lovely, both reception and lady who served our breakfast. Food was nice and there were good choice of yoghurts, juice, cereals and fruits. Room was clean ( I always wipe all shelves before putting my stuff and I can honestly say, all was clean). I would definitely come back.

Cons: Little minus for family rooms located at 3rd floor.
