Would of been a 10 out of 10 bit maid ruined it

Pros: Room was excellent view for room was excellent also comfy

Cons: The cleaners / maid letting herself in at 10.15 hurring us up to leave the room twice it was done

Pros: Rooms comfortable and big and breakfast was immense, sadly didn’t get the name of the man working the bar the evening of the 29th but he was very professional and friendly with a great customer service attitude, he engaged in conversation with us and my husband (a Bolton fan!) about football! Made us feel welcome, hope he gets recognised for this

A two day break, first time used this hotel, will come again.

Pros: Room, bed and bathroom were all above what we expected.

Cons: Parking was very limited as I am disabled but I was lucky and found a place.

Great value , kids loved it. comfortable and clean.

Pros: Food was really nice in the corner café, service was amazing. Room was spacious and comfy, we struggled with the remote for the tv though . that didn't work very well. view looking over the stadium was great for the kids. Worth the money, only downside is that reception charged me for the room when I had already paid on booking.com so I had to wait a couple of days for the money to go back into my account.

Cons: Food, bar - kids loved playing darts in front of the big screen. bar service, bedroom.

Perfect location central to Blackpool and staff were lovely

Pros: Pitch view was amazing and the staff very accommodating

Cons: The food was good but the staff couldn’t cope with the amount of people eating at the same time. We had to wait for over an hour for our evening meal.
