Mya Cottage

Definitely recommended.

Pros: The cottage was wonderful. I booked it for 4 nights for 3 staff members who were working in the area. They called me as soon as the checked in to say how happy they were. Comfortable, warm, everything they needed and bonus of 2 bathrooms.

This was an excellent choice and suited my family’s needs on this occasion

Pros: The location is great, quiet and secluded, didn’t hear any road noise nor neighbour noise. The owner was there to meet us in the dark and helped with the wheelchair.

Cons: There were some problems with the kitchen tap and one of the toilets! I will send a separate note to the owners. Although not requested but it would have helped to have wheelchair ramps available. This was my first visit to the property.

Pros: Lovely, very modern property with everything you could need for a very comfortable stay

Cons: Although the property was generally clean overall (very clean bedding and towels etc)a couple od areas let it down. If it was to have a deeper clean - mould cleaner around the tiles in the bathrooms, windows and sills cleaned, marks cleaned off walls etc then it would be top notch!

Great Place to Stay

Pros: Great accommodation. Modern and spacious with great views and very quiet. Had everything you need, good communication from owners and easy check in and out.

Pros: Lovely cottage, which is situated in a field with other similar cottages. Helpful staff and easy entry for self checkin and a late night arrival. Heating has a set limit and is timed and needs a code to adjust, which you don't like asking for or sorting out late at night. Perhaps the code could just be provided paticularly when it is well under zero degrees as it was. Not as homely as we had imagined, but it was fine for what we needed, attending a wedding nearby.

Relaxing and safe

Pros: Love the location, the finish of the property and the facilities offered.

Cons: Only one disappointment....the frying pan wasn't totally clean. I'd put that down to a dishwasher issue.

Pros: Beautiful holiday home, very well decorated and high tech accessories. The house was warm and cosy and there were plenty of towels, toilet rolls, bin bags etc. Secure quiet location away from the main road which was great for the kids to play outside and there was even a barn own which hunted daily on the fence behind the cottage.

Apartment style bungalow.

Pros: Amazingly well equipped and lovely large kitchen / living space. Generous ensuite bedrooms. Everything looked new and clean. Stayed in winter but nice to have a terrace.

Cons: Nothing, all good.

Pros: Very modern and swanky .spotless with and very nice facilities

Cons: Difficult to find. Aa the turn off in the dark is confusing on Google maps.

Amazing

Pros: The area was very spacious, inside and out, the whole experience was very pleasant and comfortable, any maintenance that needed doing was done almost immediately, would definitely recommend and be coming back again.

Cons: I didn't like that there was no one present to tell us how things worked in building, for example, the extrator fan in the bathroom needed to be switched on, was not aware of this and thought it was not working. Aside from that, the whole time we stayed was excellent and would come back again.
