Beautiful cottage real home from home

Pros: This property is gorgeous - a proper cosy home from home. We can't wait to come back and visit again

Cons: Only slight downside it was a little cold in the evenings and the temperature was set at 20 so couldn't get it higher

Beautiful cottage, helpful staff and a very comfortable stay, it really was home away from home.

Pros: Spacious, clean, basics included (toilet paper, bin bags, dishwasher tablets etc)

Cons: A little difficult to find, but we did arrive in the dark.

Excellent family cottage

Pros: The cottage is clean, cozy, modern and spacious, just what I was looking for. Property and its exteriors are in immaculate condition. Very calm and peaceful, kids did not want to leave the place. We were well looked after, the owner left a birthday card and some goodies for my little one, which was a lovely gesture. The property also has pear, apple and plum trees around 🌳 We had a great time and would be visiting again soon.

Comfort in sunshine

Pros: The cottage was fantastic ,and even though I was working I still got yo sit in the garden and catch some rays at the end of the day.

Cons: Although it was close to an Indian and Italian resteraunts it was a 1.4 mile walk to the garage for groceries and the same back only this time with bags .should have taken the van 🤔🤣😂

Pros: Amazing apartment, super clean and modern, very spacious and well equipped in a safe gated area with great views of horses in the fields. We would definitely stay here again!

Super modern bungalow in a lovely quiet location.

Pros: Beautiful modern bungalow with lots of space and very comfortabe beds. Very secure and a lovely rural outlook. Easy parking right outside the door. Quiet and relaxing environment.

Cons: I think that the crockery could be replenished and some of it was dirty. We had the feeling that it had not been re-checked for a while. I had to wash everything we were going to use in advance because it had old food stuck to it. Shame, because that was the only criticism and it didn't really detract from our enjoyment.

Pros: True luxury love the waterfall showers and all the high tech appliances! Has everything you need.

Cons: Took a couple of tries to find the turning to the property.

Pros: Perfect location, loved being able to see the horses in the field next to the garden from inside the cottage. We were attending a wedding and visiting relatives so was ideal location. Check in was smooth and staff helpful.

Cons: The heating system didn't work ,the cottage wasn't warming up and although it was summer still a bit chilly in the evening, however the host did provide a small heater which helped.

Very comfortable and relaxing stay, surrounded by lovely countryside

Pros: very well designed with quality fixtures and fittings, plenty of space , everything that we could have needed was provided

Cons: Only on trying to find the property in the first instance it was not well sign posted

Very high spec accommodation and great stay

Pros: Exceptionally well appointed with high end appliances. Very comfortable furniture. Lots of very modern gadgets. Netflix included. Nice outdoor seating area overlooking adjoining fields. Good nearby restaurants within walking distance and several excellent restaurants/pubs within a short drive.

Cons: Underfloor heating took a long time to reach temperature and didn’t seem to work in the bedrooms/bathrooms which were very cold for the first couple of days. The thermostat was limited to 21 degrees, but my mum is 90 and feels the cold, so usually has her thermostat at 22 minimum. The staff were helpful and responsive and brought an additional heater for mums bedroom which helped and by the third day the property had warmed up. Satellite TV was difficult to use as lots of duplicate channels and no service channels, making it hard to find standard channels ie BBC1. Would have appreciated more coffee cups and plates, a hairdryer and a coffee machine given the overall high spec of the accommodation, but very minor quibbles in an otherwise excellently appointed property and a very good stay.
