Fabulous place to stay. Highly recommended.

Pros: Excellent location - very quiet yet just a short walk to the town centre. Off road parking at the property. Scrupulously clean throughout. Cosy, warm and comfortable. Friendly and polite host.

Really lovely place to stay with parking available would definitely use again.

Pros: Very welcoming, the bedroom and bathroom were spotless. The bed really comfortable with a beautiful bedding and high quality pillow and quilt

Pros: Great communication with the host to be able to book in early as attending an event. Friendly man and very helpful on arrival and departure. We were on the top floor with a few flights of stairs but not a problem for us. The room was extremely clean and bed comfortable. Tea, coffee, sugar and bottled water in the room. Bathroom spotless and plenty of towels. Great to have free parking too. Very quiet location so good night's sleep. Would stay again

Great location, comfortable bed.

Pros: Nice comfortable bed, great location. Lovely welcome from the host. Modern shower room.

Cons: Bedroom a little too small with it being a loft room. Couldn't get used to the height of room but it was fine for one night.

Awesome place to stay 😍

Pros: The ambience of the room was really nice. The host was so welcoming and kind.

Cons: Well this is just a personal thing, the transparent shatters on the ceiling makes the room too bright as early as 6am in the morning, so perhaps the host should mount a window blinds for guests who may prefer a covered shutter/window instead of a transparent one.

Pros: Stuart the host was very friendly.. The room is a little on the small but has everything you need for a short stay.. The bed was extremely comfy and everything was spotlessly clean.. great location, good value for money, would stay here again.. 😊

Extremely comfortable.

Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable. The pictures of this property do not actually do it justice. It was very warm and cosy. Very clean. And also in a perfect location for southport.

Cons: I can not complain about anything.
