Pros: Polite staff location just hidden from all the hussle and bussle would deffo go again.

Cons: On the 24 july I've been provided the keys code to unlock the door it was wrong I couldn't get in the Property I've call booking.com customer service they say I didn't pay the property silver Adobe 900pound and it about to cancel 've say no I've alredy pay 646 pound that was the amount from the beginning of my booking and then he hung up .

Pros: We stayed here to attend Lytham festival. There was east access to the festival from Blackpool south station around the corner. Contact with the company was excellent. They accommodated an early check in and late check out which suited our flights. Thank you for a great stay.

Pros: Fantastic location, staff were friendly and the house was clean and tidy we enjoyed our chocolates and welcome card also . Would use again , very accommodating.

Excellent place, neat attractions, hood public transport and parking space for extra vehicles

Pros: Everything was great from car parking for extra vehicles to public just 1 minutes away to attractions not too long to get to. Food shops, supermarkets and restaurants best best location no worry about parking spaces using the residential permits. House was very beautiful and clean with enough space for a family of 6 good garden space too.

Pros: very clean everything you needed apart from food but was right next to lots of shops n takeouts we even got a parking permit for the property and 4 mins walk from the beach
