Pros: An amazing stay! They couldn’t have helped plan our night away and make it more special if they tried. From ordering balloons and rose petals to decorating the room to getting our favourite drinks in the fridge for when we got there. She even tried to help us find somewhere perfect to go out for a meal. Honestly it was perfect. And we would a million percent stay again. Anyone looking at this place should book it! The apartment was beautiful with everything you could need while we was there. The jacuzzi bath was amazing with a glass of wine! Everything they did made our night so special my partner then proposed 🩷

Beautiful relaxing stay

Pros: The apartment was beautiful and spacious with everything you needed for your stay - tea, coffee, sugar and milk as the property was a bonus. The bathroom was an amazing feature with a beautiful double jacuzzi bath with TV. Bed was very comfy, will definitely return

You get what is described so shouldn't be disappointing to anybody

Pros: Good location Stayed many times and will return Stayed for 6 months with work 4 years ago and keep returning to meet friends

Cons: It is always difficult to heat the rooms and maintain the temperature

Pros: Location was excellent for train station and town centre

Luxury, centrally located apartment in Poulton

Pros: Fabulous , spacious apartment with stunning decor. Loved the under floor heating in the bathroom ! Large, well equipped kitchen and a very comfy bed. Perfect, central location for Poulton

Cons: Shower knobs were a bit broken and hard to turn on and off but the rainfall shower itself was great once we managed to get the water on!

Pros: Location, size of apartment and facilities provided.

Cons: The bin in the kitchen had not been emptied, the shower had black mould on the silicone.

Lovely apartment close to the centre of Poulton Le Fylde.

Pros: Great location and suitable for my husband as he has difficulty walking- we were in a ground floor apartment. The kitchen was well stocked -I cooked Christmas dinner.

Cons: We would have liked coat hangers in the wardrobe and hooks for coats/ dressing gowns. Also, no washing up liquid- one capsule for dishwasher provided. These were only small niggles and did not spoil the enjoyment of our visit.

Pros: Spacious and generally clean nice touch with bathrobes and comfy lounge area

Cons: Few signs of wear and use - unable to use freezer as frozen solid shower floor a little mouldy , fittings broken etc

Pros: Good location - Very convenient for transport and local shops

Cons: Some of the lights didn't work, and there were dinner switches with non-dimmable bulbs (so they flickered). The freezer was completely frozen solid, and the extractor fan was filthy!

Pros: Spacious and well equipped accommodation that was comfortable.

Cons: Cleaning was overall good but the bathroom sink plug and shower door apron were grimy. A 15 minute deep clean then 5 minutes once a week would make the place feel higher standard. The heating was fiddly to switch on and needs better to be easier. Also couldn't work out if the panel outside the bathroom was a heating control. Bathroom was cold. Toilet seat was cracked at the hinge, looked like it might have been glued but broke again. Worked OK but needs attending to.
