Really nice.

Pros: The house was amazing. Massive living room big enough for 12 people easily. Beds were super comfy and it was really nice everyone gets their own space. Kitchen was also really good for cooking with space to make food for 12 people.

Lovely location but the small things I mentioned above, which are minor but would make a difference.

Pros: The property was nice and clean and exactly where we wanted to be, about 15/20 mins walk from the tower. Location excellent.

Cons: The heating. Rules told us not to touch the heating which we didn’t but the heating timer went off about 9pm in the evening. It’s an old house and as we staying there with 2 other couples when we returned to the property each night which was about 11pm the house was cold. We had to bring blankets from the bedroom to keep ourselves warm. The house sleeps up to 12 people but there are only 2 sofas in the lounge area so not enough seating. There were 6 of us and at least one person had to sit on the floor. Lastly, tv was difficult to operate. We gave up. Can’t believe they didn’t have freeview. Furniture in lounge is old and worn as is the carpet. Lounge area could do with a makeover.

Pros: This was our second stay at the house.. Again the house was beautifully clean, great location and we had the best time as ever.. would recommend 😁

Pros: Had a lovely 4 night stay here. Was perfect for our holiday as the house was huge and there was 9 of us plenty of space. Near the tram stop to get into town. Very clean cant recommend enough! Great for the money.

Great place in the heart of Blackpool

Pros: This place is plenty big enough for the entire family and located ideally for Blackpool with a tram station and convenience store located very nearby and it’s minutes walk from the beach. The kids loved it and settled in very quickly for our week stay.

Cons: Would have been nice to have some more of the essentials provided in the cost to make it really good value. The 2x double room is what would traditionally be the dining room so there is no dining table at the property and family meals are a bit difficult around a breakfast bar with only 3 stools

Pros: It's great having accommodation for a group of 12 under one roof

Pros: Great location. More spacious than the pictures capture. I had to get in touch regarding some points but they came straight back to me to ammend the situation, we didn't need to take them up on the offer but it was great customer service.

Didn’t want to come home!

Pros: gorgeous property! very clean and the beds were so comfortable! plenty big enough for 10 of us! we had a fantastic stay!

Cons: The only negative we had was that none of the tv’s had live channels! it was all streaming through Amazon or Netflix but as a family we like to watch Saturday night tv/ catch up on the news ect ect! but this was the ONLY thing!!!
