Twelve Apartments

Pros: This apartment no.3 was a lovely and in a great location and was ideal for us as was all on one level and made it so much easier for my husband who is disabled couldn't have stayed in a better place will definitely return. Communication was excellent from booking right up to arriving.

Cons: Some way from Blackpool centre, but a number of options for getting in

Great bolt hole for a more relaxed Blackpool break!

Pros: Loved the location! Away from the chaotic, bright lights and sounds of the 'busy' end of the prom - but only 20 min tram ride away from all the action! The apartment is lovely! Very well equiped, clean, some welcoming groceries/tolietiries on arrival and fab hosts only a call/message away for questions. Perfect wee base for our long weekend x

Cons: Nothing at all! Only minor is its an old building, so other residents sound can travel and we're early bedders but nothing some ear plugs would fix x

Great base for a festival weekend.

Pros: Good location close to a tram stop and easy on street parking. Quiet, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Nice touches such as complimentary milk, biscuits, juice and chocolates.

Cons: Very little! Only thing we'd say is the shower cubicle was compact.

Fantastic! Clean, quiet and easy parking!

Pros: The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, the owners were fantastic! There were some basics provided and a few treats that set the holiday off to a fantastic start. Parking was not an issue and half of the time was directly outside the front door. There was no noise from any of the other apartments and if I didn’t see them in the corridor I would have thought we were the only ones staying. 2 minutes walk to the tram or a lovely 30 minute walk down the sea front to the tower were most entertainment can be found. I couldn’t find a single fault and will be making a booking in the future next time I’m going that way.

Best we've seen for a long while

Pros: Couldn't fault it. They thought of just about everything. We would stay again absolutely.

Cons: If I had to find a fault. Constructive criticism. Frying pan provided wasn't great.
