Sandbanks Suite

Fantastic

Pros: We as a family love it , it as everything you need. Very clean we have now booked for our 3rd stay for new year .

Excellent Sandbank suite

Pros: We loved the location very ideal. So close to tram. Both Tvs bedroom and front were smart TVs which was really amazing and ideal for children. The value we paid for the stay was a good price. The balcony in the room was a lovely touch. Easy access for children as it was bottom floor. It was very spacious and cosy both bedroom and living room. Kitchen had all the essentials needed which was brilliant and welcoming. It was nice and tidy and this was our second time and would definitely will be booking again.

Cons: Overall the apartment was amazing and so ideal to stay at with children and location. However there was odd few things. * kettle wasnt clean inside had limescale. * toilet sink tap had limescale also soap holder had left over soap and limescale.

Pros: Great location was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Cons: Car parking was round the back, not good. Noisy guests kept us up into the early hours on both nights.

Cons: The comfort of the property is very much affected by the behaviour of others in the building or next door. On this visit a family were talking so loud I could here their conversation and repeatedly banging doors.

Excellent for the price

Pros: Clear communications giving arrangements for keys. Flexible arrival times. Allocated parking space. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Easy heating controls. Right by the sea front and tram stop but in a quiet area.

Cons: The single bed wasn't very comfortable for an adult. Not much storage for clothing.

Pros: All I can say is wow it was like home from home so comfortably. So clean it was so great we have booked again before we left x

Lovely small apartment with everything you need :)

Pros: Good location out of the centre of Blackpool. Nice small apartment with everything you need.

Cons: Nothing all good

Pros: Clean, comfortable and in a super location - close to tram and nice restaurants and take aways. Fabulous shower. By far the nicest area in Blackpool.. Good communication. Suited 3 of us well. Parking on-site was very handy.

Cons: Tricky to find the parking (could have been us!).

Pros: The space was set out well with everything you needed, it was very clean and comfortable.

Pros: Was clean and lovely to stay felt homely. Was abit far out to the centre but trams made it easy to travel.

Cons: Kids upstairs on second night were really loud. Banging etc.
