Mop Fair Cottage is a perfect place to stay in the heart of Ulverston.

Pros: Centrally located in town within close walking distance of wide range of shops, restaurants & services.

Cons: Nothing to dislike. Comfortably furnished in all rooms. Excellent power shower. Extremely well-equipped for long & short stays.

Pros: Location was ideal. The home was spotless. Facilities spot on. Pillows were amazing. Ideally could do with a fan in each bedroom.

Beautiful cottage in great location.

Pros: Beautiful, well equipped cottage in quiet location. Short walk to town centre and next to a woodland trail. A home from home, with lovely features including a rear garden/patio.

Cons: Thought needing passport ID for booking was over the top.

Beautiful peaceful cottage in wonderful location

Pros: Beautiful cottage, very clean with wonderfully comfy beds, everything you needed was there. Excellent location in centre of town but quiet & peaceful too. Didn’t have chance to use outdoor area but looked fab. Logburner made it very cosy , kitchen very well equipped- would highly recommend.

Cons: Just wish it allowed dogs as would love to return with ours, but completely understand why not!!

A cosy cottage in the middle of town

Pros: A great cottage in the middle of Ulverston, walking distance to everything. The house is clean and felt cosy, but with lots of room for our family of four. The second floor shower was heavenly- easily the best shower of our whole trip! And having both a washer and separate dryer was amazing. Parking is outside on the street, and was easy to find. Communication with property management was excellent, which makes things so much easier. Overall, a great stay!

Cons: The living room had a slight musty smell, and the dining table was tight for four of us. However, those were minor things, and we would definitely stay again.
