The apartment met my needs and I would book again

Pros: The apartment was clean and tidy, great location, gaining access was easy, instructions were helpful

Cons: There are ants in the apartment and the fire alarm going off at 4am was not good

Nice apartment

Pros: It was a very nice apartment perfectly placed close you all amenities.

Cons: The sofabed was impossible to open into a bed. Possibly needs replacing. Couldn't get the heater in the lounge to go above 18° and the one in the bedroom was set too high at 25°, even the man who came you help was unable to change this. For anyone wanting a quiet stay that would be impossible as the city wakes up about 5am with dust carts and road cleaners non stop for a couple of hours. That being said, I would still stay here again.

Definitely be coming back here for a long weekend!

Pros: Can't fault this place one bit! The entire thing from start to finish was amazing.. checking in i was given free late check out since it was my sons birthday. The apartment was big, spotless and with everything you'd need in it. Even found a washing machine behind a door that I thought was another kitchen cupboard! Right in the heart of the city centre too so it made getting about a breeze! It is so secure with entry codes and key fobs to get in and out. Thoroughly recommend this place!

Pros: Excellent location and modern fixtures and fittings.

Cons: Only downside was, for the 1st 4 days of our stay, the lift was out of order, not so good when you're 2 floors up and of a certain age.

Pros: The apartment was very nice and clean. Near to restaurants, shopping centers, transport etc. We enjoyed staying in the apartment. If we will go back in Liverpool, we will choose to stay again in Lord street apartments.

Cons: The staff was asking for £100/person for damage deposit which was expensive. It was not mention in the description in booking.com that its supposed to be £100/person.
