Flatzy - 3 Bedroom Apartment in Heart of City Centre

Great place to see all the sights of the city from.

Pros: This flat is in an excellent location, right in the city centre and next to Matthew Street. It was spacious enough for six people and was well set out. The team at Flatzy were always helpful and answered every question immediately.

Cons: The noise! Our first night was on a Monday and I think none of us slept. Music from the clubs and bars bordering the Cavern continued until one a.m. and then loud banging and clanging followed through the night. We were not sure if it was rubbish disposal or someone playing the cymbals on dustbin lids but it was an almost continuous cacophony!

Great place to stay

Pros: Excellent central location within Liverpool allowing easy access to the waterfront or Liverpool 1

Cons: It was noisy outside on Saturday morning due to lorry deliveries and road sweepers. Nothing the flat owners can do about that.

Great location, very clean and tidy and hope the lift gets sorted soon. If you’re a light sleeper, you may struggle but

Pros: Location was amazing, across the road from Hard Days Night Hotel and Matthew St. spacious enough for 5 people

Cons: Lift wasn’t working and the noise from outside was hard to sleep the second night. Minimal complaints compared to the positives.

Smart, clean and incredibly convenient.

Pros: The apartment was smart and spotlessly clean, and of a comfortable size for 7 for our family get together. The location couldn't be more convenient. You're spitting distance from Matthew Street and the Cavern Club, and all the other sites and attractions are easily walkable. Communication from the hosts was excellent.

Cons: Not one for light sleepers. Liverpool sure is a party town!

Pros: The rooms are lovely good size, clean, tidy, the little extras crossaints etc The ear plugs very handy, The advance notice of lift not working and the noise from outside. Were attentive and quick to respond when needed.

Cons: The noise at night, smell of weed in the end bedroom, neither of which could be helped

Pros: Centrally located with plenty of space for a group of 5.

Cons: It’s right across the road from Mathew Street and so it can be loud through the night but it was fine once I used ear plugs.

Pros: Sehr zentral, zweckmässige Zimmer. Mit genügend Platz.

Leiligheten har en perfekt plassering med kort vei til det meste, men litt mye støy fra gata.

Pros: Flott beliggenhet i sentrum. Kort vei til alle butikker og severdigheter. Gode senger, med rent sengetøy og håndklær. Godt utstyrt kjøkken med med det meste av hvitevarer. Enkel uthenting og levering av nøkler til leiligheten.

Cons: Renholdet av gulv og dusjer kunne vært bedre. Støynivået fra gata og folk som fester er langt over det en kan forvente.
