The Place by the Sea

Pros: Good location on the North Shore. Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds.

Cons: Lock box details and contact number provided were those of the previous owner, which caused concern when we were trying to check in late at night. New landlord did respond to msg sent via booking.com with the correct lockbox number and was very responsive to messages sent, promising to fix this.

Lovely place great location and great price just needs a good deep clean

Pros: There was loads of space and the bed was so comfy best place I have stayed in for comfort. balcony was beautiful and it’s in a great location everything you need is assembled in a few minutes the owner of the property was lovely and very dry friendly.

Cons: The floor was covered in bits my child found 2 old ballon that had poped on the floor that hadn’t been noticed and cleaned up in and put one in his mouth luckily I noticed this other wise it could of ended badly, the bathroom windows don’t open neither does the toilet and no extractor fan so when showering it gets very steamy, one of the bedroom windows was broke so it couldn’t be opened and it’s was warm also the wall paper was falling off the kitchen side and a lot of the walls have cracks the floor boards are very loads and when you have a small child have to be careful it doesn’t wake them

Pros: It was really clean and homely, beds were comfy & we will definitely be booking again on our next visit! So many nice food places & shops around aswell it was the perfect location as it was quiet at night for the kids easy enough to get the tram to the piers etc

Pros: I didn’t mind the location just the children moaned the walk to Blackpool

Cons: The pull out sofa bed was horrendous to sleep on the handle also kept falling off the living room door

We had so much fun, perfect weekend break, perfect location. Lovely accommodation, we will definitely come back and stay

Pros: Perfect location, so close to take seats, butchers and tram stop. Good size to accommodate two families. Great facilities, good size bedrooms.

Cons: Slow wifi.

Pros: The property was very clean and spacious the location was very good and the local shops were very convenient everything you could need on the doorstep would definitely use again and Trish was more than helpful with the requests I made Thank you for making our stay the best it could be

Pros: View of the sea from front window and also the outside balcony/ terrace was lovely to sit out as we were lucky enough to get sun the 2 days we were there. Also lovely lady next door had a lovely chat on the balcony

Perfection

Pros: The property was very spacious, feels like home as everything we needed was provided like a hotel. The host has been communicating with us from the beginning.

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Lovely stay

Pros: Lots of room, great place to just jump on the tram away from the noise of the main seafront

Cons: The cleaning stuff was all bleach
