Pros: The apartment was very clean and spacious. The area was quiet and about a 15 minute walk to the main attractions in Blackpool. The owner who let us in was a lovely man, really friendly and informative. Parking was no issue.

A great family holiday in sunny Blackpool (we were lucky!)

Pros: The property was great. It was so big and had everything we needed for our family holiday. The hosts were lovely and allowed us early entry on the day we arrived. We were met by Sean and he gave us a tour of the property and some advice on local amenities (a CO-OP only 5mins away, where to find good food and a local takeaway recommendation). He also gave us his number and said to contact him if we needed anything at all which was really reassuring. Very easy to get the tram to all the attractions.

Cons: The property was spot on. It’s located north of the North Pier so not many restaurants very close by (ie on doorstep) but saying that the tram stop is literally outside and is so frequent you can easily jump a tram to any of the piers and find restaurants around there.

Very pleasant but was made by the weather for the Saturday.

Pros: Apartment for 4 adults and 2 children which was in convenient place for public transport to see illuminations and far enough away from the rowdy clientele between the south and north piers.

Cons: Trying to find on road parking but it was bad for everybody as it was half time and it was the time of the illuminations.

Exceeded our expectations, nothing was a problem for the hosts.

Pros: Very spacious, hosts kept in contact with us throughout the stay asking if they could do anything for us. Very clean and comfortable. Ideal location straight across from beach and tram stop. Went with 4 adults and a 13year old. Sitting areas were spaced away from bedrooms , therefore did not disturb when guests went to bed/got up at different times.flat was stocked with all cleaning, as well as everything you would need for your stay. We will definitely rebook next year.

Pros: The apartment was very clean. Also the apartment was very big. The man who owned it was very friendly.

Cons: There wasn't really anything not to like.

Fantastic place to stay.

Pros: A very friendly host met us at the property to give us keys and showed us round the very large apartment. The whole place was very clean and well equipped. All three bedrooms had double beds with ensuite shower rooms. There is large Livingroom with plenty of seating and a big TV and you can see the sea from the Livingroom window. The kitchen had everything you would needed in it. The property is very close to the tram and bus stops so getting around was easy. We had a fantastic stay and will be booking again.

Cons: Nothing.

What a great place and thoroughly recommend it.

Pros: This property is a gem. We are a family of four and the size of the apartment was great, it included everything we could possibly need and more. I wished I’d booked for longer. We’d definitely return. The hosts are great at keeping in touch before arrival and answer any questions very quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like.

Lovely Easter break, everyone had plenty of room to chill, relax and catch up

Pros: Hosts very obliging and helpful, from early/late check-in/out, to parking, met at the property, showed us around, 2 sets of keys a bonus, was only a call away if needed. Property very quiet, no noise from other residents or outside. Hosts took rubbish away daily if left on decking outside. Kitchen has everything you need and more, cooking for 6 was a pleasure. Lounge cosy with fresh throws and cushions. The sun shone all weekend 😎

Cons: Property very cold upon entry but soon warmed up. 2nd bedroom ensuite sink pedestal leaking on floor slightly. No vanity desk/chair in 3rd bedroom had to use nest of tables from lounge. Bedrooms need small waste paper bins. Decking very slippy when wet. Struggled to open windows for fresh air.

Very enjoyable stay and staff met us with the key and was very helpful and friendly

Pros: The property was lovely and very clean, it’s a really large apartment and only a couple of tram stops to the tower. I will be returning as we really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Lovley place..ideal location..very spacious Responded promptly to messages..very welcoming hosts

Cons: Having to leave...would have loved a longer stay.
