A convenient and comfortable stay for work, with a friendly host.

Pros: The convenient and quiet location made it easy to get around, and the proximity to Winter Gardens and the beach was a nice bonus. The bed was also incredibly nice and comfy! Host Carol was incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, we found this accommodation to be a great base for our work trip!

Cons: There are a couple of areas for improvement. Picking up the keys took about 10 minutes at a different location, but since we arrived early, it wasn't a major issue. A key locker box would solve that. We also experienced some issues with the Wi-Fi, and ended up using our own connection. Parking should also be improved.

Everything you need for a stay

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was spotless and very tidy, and it felt even more spacious in person than the photos suggest. Communication with the owners was excellent—friendly, quick to respond, and very helpful throughout my stay. Everything was well thought out, making it feel comfortable and welcoming. I would highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay again!

Great apartment. Perfect location

Pros: Location was perfect for our visit. Just 5 minutes or so from the North pier. Apartment had everything needed. Would definitely return.

Good location, and property is quiet and secure. Operated by nearby hotel, which is where the key needs to be collected

Pros: Freshly decorated; clean; good location. Friendly owner. Private and spacious.

Cons: Heating wasn’t turned on so apt was quite cold, no controls accessible to guests. WiFi very weak and intermittent. External appearance rather unkempt.

Pros: Everything was there what you needed, we booked from Saturday to Monday but something came up and couldn’t get there until Sunday, the lady who runs this gave us an extra night free of charge, not many would do that, we will definitely be returning to this property. Great value and the best hosts I have ever come across anywhere, thank you so much for everything 😊😊😊

Pros: Couple of issues that the manager sorted quickly . Thanks. Only thing I might add is that the light bulbs in the staircase are slow to brighten up , they dont give off sufficient light to be safe . Otherwise we would recommend this apartment .

Pros: Very good location, 2 minutes walk from the station and a short walk to central Blackpool. Very helpful management and easy check-in

Perfect for a Blackpool long weekend with the kids.

Pros: Host was brilliant, couldn't be more helpful. The Flat is in a really accessible area, very close to a tram station, supermarket is only a 5 minute walk away and the North Pier. Furnished well, dishwasher, two TV's and central heating.

Cons: Breakfast was not included in the stay, either was parking. The flat is on the top floor, which isn't really an issue but it does have a communal entry.
