Convenient for working in Winter Gardens

Pros: Very useful being able to park at the property, even with a £10 charge. Room was quiet and bed very comfortable

Lovely peaceful comfy room, great value.

Pros: The room was lovely and comfy, I was able to have a really restful sleep after a walk round Blackpool.

Cons: Nothing tbh, really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Would definitely stay again even with unforeseen heating oroblem

Pros: Extremely clean, comfortable bed and perfect location. Trip to Winter Gardens which was about 7 minutes walk

Cons: Unfortunately the boiler had broken that morning and mechanic couldn't fix it for the evening. The lady in charge was very apologetic, upgraded the rooms and provided heaters for the evening. Due to unfortunate circumstances, she allowed us free parking as compensation

Pros: This is our second stay and we will be back next year. My only fault was 1 pillow but that's on me for not requesting more at check in.

Value for money

Pros: Close to the beach and amusements but far enough out that nightlife did not disturb our stay. Lovely host and excellent value for money.

Cons: Not much to dislike.

Very good for price

Pros: Nice room with bathroom. Homely style bedding and towels. Everything you need for a short stay. A bit dated decor but it was clean.

Cons: Location parking not great as it was so close Blackpool centre but I did eventually get a space further up on the same road as the guest house. If not you have to pay for parking or park on a nearby road if possible.
