Excellent. Would stop agan.

Pros: The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.Facilities were excellent and the location was also great, Breakfast was lovely and reasonably priced. Thy could not to enough to make the stay pleasureable.

Pros: Great central location, breakfast was yumyum, staff friendly and very helpful. Very accommodating and provided a safe, quiet, warm and pieceful environment. Pro B&Bers. Will be back late 2026.

Pros: Such a lovely place to stay with our dogs, Yvonne made sure we had enough room , even put us in a larger room , breakfast in the morning is brilliant , so nice. Everything is just perfect to visit Blackpool and with two dogs , Yvonne even gave them sausages every morning. Thank you so much for our stay we loved it . See you soon.

Great little break

Pros: My dog, Maggie and I were made to feel very welcome. Lots of little things put in place to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and certainly set us up for the day. The bed was amazingly comfy. Yvonne went above and beyond

Cons: Nothing I didn't like. The accommodation is a work in progress, with a few little bits that need finishing off, but Yvonne is obviously working hard toward the finished results. It's definitely not a criticism. Well done. Maggie and I will be back 😊

Lovely little B&B close to Blackpool attractions.

Pros: Yvonne, the owner greeted us with a very warm welcome and a much needed hot drink after our journey took longer than expected. In a great location for Blackpool. Hardly heard any noise when we were in our room. Breakfast was great value for money. Everywhere was clean and tidy.

Cons: The room was on the small side and needed a bit of updating, but as we were only sleeping there then it didn't really matter. We could have done with some larger bath towels.
