Great host who went above and beyond

Pros: Clean and great host. Appreciated the prosecco, biscuits and chocolates left for us. Also appreciated the hosts quick responses to questions and care and concern when there was an incident in the street with a van fire (nothing to do with the property but he came round to check we were ok)

Cons: Steep and uneven stairs and floors uneven as you might expect in a property of this age.

Pros: I liked that they left a little gift for us and made sure we had everything we needed during the stay. And the host told us where things were to help us even better locate anything we needed. The rooms were nice and bed was very cozy.

Pros: Nice accommodation, close by to the University, train station and town centre. Very clean and the owner went above and beyond for our stay. Free coffee, tea and milk to warm us.

Affordable, central, beautiful home!

Pros: Lovely spacious, clean property! Incredibly comfortable and so central. The host is friendly and easy to reach, they were so accommodating and the little touches they added made for a beautiful weekend!

The perfect property for access to Preston.

Pros: After initial apprehension, given the property was new to booking.com, the owner went above and beyond to prepare for our night's stay. Given we were headed to Rockprest, Kofi was accomodating of our request for an earlier check in. 🙂 The property was clean and presentable, and is perfect for anyone who wishes to stay over in Preston. The street was really quiet, which was an added bonus.

Cons: Nothing to mention or complain about.
