Wonderful hosts couldn’t do enough to make our stay special

Pros: Attention to detail. Ivan gets it all just right. The room is well equipped. No shortage of tea, coffee and milk. Plus biscuits. All clean and well equipped. Lovely quality bed and bedding. The breakfasts are out of this world. Best ever.

Cheap and cheerful just right for what i needed.

Pros: Food was very good,friendly people and great location.

Cons: The bathroom floor is warped and needs replacing.And the door needs a handle on the outside that make it much easier to close when you leave.

Made to feel very welcome. Ivan was a great host.

Pros: Brilliant breakfast. Lots of choice and cooked well. Felt very comfortable with the grandchildren in the dining room.

Pros: great guest house with the perfect hosts Ivan and Tim, breakfast was great and nothing was too much trouble, I would recommend and stay again.

Cons: I had a top floor room the stairs were a bit of a hike

Fantastic weekend.

Pros: The minute I got there I was welcomed in with a smile. I arrived really late and was still in my work stuff which Ivan five my a bag so I could put my stuff in to keep my bag clean. Breakfast was really lovely well done to the chef. I will b3 definitely staying there again really soon. Thank you guys for what you did for me and making my weekend fantastic.

Pros: everything ivan and tim are amazing hosts made me feel really welcome it was a privilege to be able to stay in this victorian property next to the beach amazing full english and had a peaceful nights sleep will definitely be returning
