Lucky budget find

Pros: This was a budget stay so I wasn't expecting perfection - the hotel needs some serious money spending on it but the essentials were there and were good. Comfy bed, clean, quiet, good breakfast and run by a really friendly couple. A stones throw from the tram stop and sea front and only 2/3 stops to the Tower and shops. I will be back.

Cons: The only thing that could be better is the shower, not very powerful and small - not a deal breaker for me.

Lovely, comfortable and most enjoyable stay.

Pros: Hosts were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Nothing too much to ask. Breakfast quality was excellent, great service and plenty choice. Also, lovely bright dining room. Location was just off seafront so no seagull noise, or early morning trams or bus noise. Very peaceful and quiet at night. Tram stop 1 min away. Room was bright and clean. Parking on street outside hotel, no cost. About 15 mins walk into town, Tower etc. It is also great value for money. We would’ve paid more for our room and would happily stay here again, no problem!

Cons: Nothing, we liked everything.

Cons: Ill be honest its a minor thing that didnt change our stay the breakfast sausage maybe because im used to a cumberland sausage but loved it anyway

Accommodating and friendly owners. Great breakfast

Pros: The owner was very accommodating to the fact that we needed access to the car park early and late and that we would like some basic breakfast available outside the normal breakfast time. The cooked breakfast was really good quality and lovely and hot when we received it. It was quiet all night which was good. Really close to a tram stop.

Cons: Compared to other Blackpool hotels we have stayed in the quality was good, but still a bit tatty round the edges. Some walls had been patched up poorly and there was some rusty parts to the bathroom.

Pros: The landlords were great hosts, friendly, chatty, and made you feel most welcome. They offered great value for money, and the breakfast was excellent!

Cons: I was a little too hot in bed, owing to the heating on through the night, but manageable.

Clean family friendly b&b, great as a base to explore Blackpool

Pros: Friendly owners, nice breakfast, good location near tram and bus stops. On street parking was easy to find.

Cons: The only thing that was inconvenient was the lack of hooks on the door to hang coats etc. Room was a little snug but this is normal for a small b&b
