Exceptional place to stay, great proprietors, good value.

Pros: Wonderful guest house run by Nick and John, who are good company. Breakfast was superb, room comfortable with pristine bathroom. Liked the artist themed rooms too.

One of the best places to stay in Blackpool

Pros: Room was spacious and clean. Bed was large and comfortable. Facilities were plentiful. Bathroom was modern and the shower pressure was good. Breakfast was excellent with good quality products cooked to perfection. John and Nick were fantastic hosts.

Cons: With the exception of a couple of maintenance items everything else was perfect.

Very warm welcome, excellent breakfast, close to Blackpool tower,extremely clean

Pros: Jon ,Nick amazing friendly hosts. Fantastic rooms even with makeup wipes,garment steam press, little flavoured sachet attached to water bottles, the little touches make this a very special hotel

The best guest house I have ever stayed in - by miles

Pros: This is one of the best places I have ever stayed, and I've stayed in luxurious places all over the world. I simply loved it. From the welcome to the decor, to the room, to the bed, to the linen, to the simply MAGNIFICENT breakfast. I wish I visited Blackpool more often so I could stay again!! If you have taste then make sure you stay here.

Incredible hotel and hosts to match!

Pros: Perfect location and our room was amazing. The hosts could not have done more to make us more welcome. Probably the best breakfast we have ever eaten, perfection on a plate. The finer details make a great hotel and this is a great hotel. We will be back!
