Clean, comfortable environment and good area.

Pros: Very clean house with comfortable beds. The rooms were quiet and the staff answered promptly when you rang the bell at front desk.

Cons: The bedroom wasn’t very well ventilated and had a lot of condensation buildup even with windows open. The shower temperature was affected by other people using their own water supply. No tea and coffee in rooms but that’s ok good room downstairs for it.

Blackpool weekend

Pros: Polite host, close parking nearby, very comfortable bed.

Cons: No kettle,tea, coffee in the room. Facility downstairs to make drinks, but I like a drink in the morning before getting dressed. Not a major deal tho so I would consider this property again when visiting Blackpool.

great location and price

Pros: the price and location of this property was fantastic, short walk to the lights and seafront so cant complain. i was welcomed by a member of staff but didnt see anyone again throughout my stay. overall very good

Cons: i booked this after using the filter for parking, but there was no parking available and had to pay £20 to park in a public car park for my stay. i found the wifi wasnt great, i was working from the b&b on the friday and struggled with this.

Great value for money

Pros: Nice little room. Small and basic but exactly what I’d expect for the price. Great value for money for a night in Blackpool :)

Pros: Great stay, friendly owner, our 2nd visit here, room was lovely and clean, cannot beat the location, there will be a 3rd, 4th, 5th visit here, fantastic value for money Car Park right next door cost us £17 for 48hrs

Great place to stay

Pros: Everything was spot on, location, cleanliness, room had all you could need for comfortable break. Front garden is a nice place to chill out with view of the sea.

Fabulous stay in this well maintained and clean accommodation.

Pros: Everything was great. Friendly, clean and well maintained. The free tea, coffee and biscuits in a morning is a lovely touch.

Cons: Only one negative was that the towels smelt fusty.
