It’s was an incredible stay

Pros: I really enjoyed the stay, its near the front close to the beach and the sea so it’s in an incredible spot and it’s also near the arcades which is amazing. The facilities were amazing and the bed was really comfortable we both slept really well (best in a while) and the staff were incredible and was amazing to what we needed and is a definite stay, we will be back here again 100% and they also do request to do the room up which I thought was incredible I just had a brilliant time and highly recommend

Pros: Everyone was very friendly and the rooms are nice and comfy and we felt welcome and at ease just being there. We will definitely be coming back.

Cons: Not the fault of anyone but seagulls screaming kept me and my partner up all night.

Ideal for our stay

Pros: The host Andreas went above and beyond, he was so friendly and helpful, accommodating and flexible. Location is perfect for all the central attractions, they are in walking distance. We parked in the Houndssomething car park which is about 4 min walk away and it was ideal as we were working in the Wintergardens and it was half-way in between. But there are many more parking opportunites all around. Value for money is superb, breakfast menu has a huge choice and it is very yummy. The rooms are on the small side, but that's no surprise in an old-ish house in Blackpool, but to stay overnight totally sufficient. The matress was a dream. We were so pleasantly surprised about it all, we'd certainly stay there again. Thank you!

Pros: Room was cosy, staff amazing. We were made to feel welcome and comfortable at all times. We enjoyed every minute of it.

Great stay!

Pros: Friendly staff and everything was spotlessly clean. Close to bars, food outlets and entertainment. The hosts take great pride in their family run business and this shows by how warm and welcoming they were during our stay. Would definitely book to stay here again!

Pros: Fantastic location. Great sized room. All 3 beds were comfortable and we all had a good nights sleep. The breakfast was a fair price and our host made sure everything was perfect for us. Really friendly chap, great communication. Will definitely stay here again. 5*
