Good choice of accommodation in Blackpool

Pros: Upon my arrival, the hosts were extremely friendly. The room was spotless and comfortable. Unlike other hotels where I've stayed, the temperature remained warm even at night. The whole hotel had a very pleasant smell. The location is just over 5 minutes from the Winter Gardens and 2 minutes from the Bus Terminal. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Cons: There was nothing relevant.

Pros: The room was great, fresh and clean with amazing hosts if there were any issues. Even helped to take luggage up the stairs. Came with a special gift bag at check in which was a nice touch to show they care about guests.

Cons: The locks could be a bit iffy to get used to as they could be stiff and had to ask the hosts for help but managed to sort the issue immediately.

10/10 stay at galaxy.....again !

Pros: ideal location in centre, no breakfast option which suits us fine we dont eat that early, rooms are clean & tidy & a fridge in every room is useful for drinks &:snacks, staff are absolutely lovely, help us with our luggage & cant do enough for you ! we stay at galaxy every visit if available so would recommend

Excellent stay

Pros: The manager/owner was really friendly and the gift bag is a clever and appreacited touch. Though small, the room had everything you could need and thr bed was comfy. Location is excellent. Would definetely stay again.

Cons: I knew when I booked, but the bed being against the wall makes it difficult for one person to get up if they need the bathroom

Amazing, would definitely book again

Pros: The staff are amazing. A lovely gentleman carried our suitcase up to our room. The staff also got my daughter a birthday present.

Cons: The internet didn't work all of the time. People were always noisy at 2am and leaving the hotel at 6am without a care for other guests (not the owners fault )
