Apollo Number 7

Simple but cosy, warm, clean and friendly

Pros: Simple and slightly tired but warm and clean, dry, cosy and homely - a superbly well located dwelling in a quiet street close to Coral Island. Had a shower, nice and hot though obviously not a deluxe power shower, and a kind thoughtful landlady / duty manageress who simply could not do enough to be welcoming and helpful to us. Had a lovely time here and slept well and comfortably in the room. No lift in this property but helpful staff if you need a hand. We were happy here, took in a great show at the Winter Gardens then had a day on the beach - with a cosy room to go back to.

Cons: No complaints, bang for buck was great

Convenient overnight stay for Illuminations switch on.

Pros: Friendly host, welcoming and was nice that her daughter and my daughter actually briefly spoke to each other. Central area.

Pros: Comfortable stay for 1 night great location as it was literally raining so not too far.

Cons: We didn't have any tv as it wasn't working and nobody knew how to do it. Plus the curtains were hanging off didn't shut properley.

Had an amazing weekend with my 2 sons.

Pros: The owner was very welcoming. The room was clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons: The parking having to park away from the hotel and pay £22 in parking fees.

Pros: They want out of they way to change my room.for me

Great price for the location, view of the tower from our window which was an added bonus

Pros: Great price for the location, view of the tower from our room, staff very friendly, nice clean n comfy room, they let us store our pushchair in a room over night, will definitely look to book here again in the near future

Cons: The only problem we had was the heating was on in the landing and we were at the top of the building, it was already a really hot day so the room was super hot, also most of the reviews we read before arriving wasn’t for Apollo number 7 they were for THE NEW APOLLO hotel on the next street

You get what ya pay for but overall it’s a decent little place. Would I come back again not sure 🤔

Pros: Arrived at the wrong hotel to start with I was a tad confused as I put it into maps and sent me to a hotel behind this one 😂 my own fault of course. Rang the number and the woman on the other end was more than helpful. Finally arrived anyway room was decent nothing to complain about really beds were comfy!

Cons: Panel from from the bathroom ceiling was missing bathroom light turned on when it wanted to. Extension lead by the beds didn’t work. WiFi was hit & miss too. Youngest couldn’t use her pad much worked for about 5 mins then kept cutting out. Place stunk of weed as well downstairs more than anywhere else. Other than that everything else was ok.

Pros: Hi, everybody! I am Iryna. I liked this guest house for atmosphere and service I got. Very comfortable room, cosy bed, bed linen clean, towels clean and nice , two towels and what I can say I want to show great respect to the owners of this guest house, if you need something you can ask and they will sort it out your request, the room had everything I needed, the street was not very noisy and location was perfect.

Pros: The host was very kind, offered us a downstairs room when she saw our disabled son. We had everything we need it. The beds are comfortable. We had coffe and tea. The bathroom was clean and tidy. There is everything you need during a holiday. The beach is very close. About 3 minutes walk.
