Great 1 night stay

Pros: Lee, the owner was so welcoming nothing was too much trouble . Breakfast was fabulous great portion size. In the room there was coffee machine, kettle, coffee, tea, biscuit, coke and water in fridge. More supplies than you get in large chain hotels, and more available in hallway to take if needed. Lovely little place

Cons: Nothing about the accommodation, surrounding area a little tried .

Great value for money, great location, friendly host

Pros: The property had a lovely atmosphere and was very clean with everything smelling fresh. Lee was an attentive and thoughtful host, who made sure our needs were met and explained how to make the most of our trip. Really good value for money with breakfast included.

Pros: 10 minute walk from station ideally located. Lee was welcoming on arrival gave us a discount card for bars etc and breakfast menu to fill in for morning. We had room number 3 a great size and quirky. Lee had thought of everything in that room. USB plugs, fresh milk and some cold drinks in the fridge. Coffee machine TC and biscuits. Dressing gowns in wardrobe .Good TV with free view channels. Very comfy bed . Breakfast great in morning freshly made. Will definitely stay again.

Cons: Nothing all excellent.

Perfect Stay

Pros: Everything was perfect, room lovely and clean and everything we needed. Staff were fab, very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was brilliant!!

Pros: Everything was spot on, modern room, very clean, plenty of sockets and mirrors for hair/make up (which are often lacking), gorgeous breakfast cooked by Lee who was an all round great host 🤩

Pros: On arrival I received a very warm welcome. Lee was professional and caring to myself and other guests staying there. Room was excellent and very clean. Breakfast was superb and plentiful. Perfect Host and perfect accommodation.
