Pwrfect loation for moor park

Pros: Great location for the festival we went to at moor park. Great communication throughout. Lock box details were sent in the morning. Permits for 2 cars plus a spot on the pavement for a 3rd. The permit spaces werent full at any point while we were there. Plenty of shops, takeaways and pubs in walking distance. House was a decent size..3 bedroons with double beds and one with a single. Living room/kitchen was a decent size with good facilities. Nice shower and a bit of outside space

Cons: If i had to be picky id say it would be nice to have some hooks to hang coats when you walk in. And a table for eating but im not sure there would be room.

Pros: Easy to access even though we arrived late. Well equipped. Good user instructions for heating, parking and access

Cons: Not much. One of the spoons was dirty

Beautiful home felt house amazing for big family's

Pros: The warmth of the home and the set up is amazing I have a servely disabled 7 year old and the bedroom down stairs was a bonus with the apartment feel my kids loved the bedrooms and house just gives out positive home vibes thanks so much

Pros: Everything from the moment we arrived. Exactly as described, house was clean and tidy and had everything you needed, and great value for the money.

Perfectly suited

Pros: Perfectly located to accommodate us on the Preston date of our tour. Rooms were fantastic and a nice quiet location to unwind before and after a show. Can't fault the place.

Perfect for my family that came abroad just for my graduation

Pros: My family booked the house, as there were six adults all together and we wanted a private place to cook and enjoy ourselves before my graduation. The Hosts were fantastic, they knew it was my graduation and got me a present with a mini graduation hat! I was not expecting that, and me and my family got excited. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. I couldn't recommend this place enough, the hosts make you feel welcomed, very good and affordable!

Cons: Windows to open a bit more when we cook in the house, to avoid smells. An extra toilet, as there was six people for just one bathroom.

Pros: It was the perfect location for our trip to see our son graduate at UCLan.

Pros: 3rd time we've stayed, great location, quiet, but near city centre. House always immaculate, well turned out. Was ready early for us, our request for that wasn't a problem to owners. Highly recommended for anyone having to stay in Preston. Looking forward to next visit.

Cons: Everything was spot on, as usual.

Pros: Great property and really suited what we needed. Close enough to city center (bonus nostalgia for us as UCLAN alumni to have to walk through the campus). Host communication excellent and friendly.

Cons: Nothing that can be fixed, permit parking area so extra cars had to park elsewhere, looks a little bit sketchy in some of the surrounding streets but it's actually ok. We were aware of this from check in information so not a surprise.

Perfect in every way

Pros: Host friendly and incredibly helpful, house was very well set up, immaculately clean and stocked with all the essentials, beds were comfortable and we genuinely couldn't find fault with anything. If we ever need a place to stay in Preston again we will definitely come back, so much nicer and more comfortable than a hotel
