Lovely house

Pros: Nice location, house fitted out really will, all good quality fixtures and fittings, very comfortable. Outside yard handy for dogs.

Cons: Might not have chosen it if we'd known that the yard was used as access for the next door property, only because whenever someone walked past our property, our dogs barked.

Lovely house

Pros: Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Everything you needed was there. The little courtyard was a bit of a sun trap and the garden seating area was lovely. It was not too far to walk into Lytham centre. Took around 20 minutes along the promenade which was a lovely walk.

Cons: The sofa was very low and soft which wasn't good if you suffer with back problems. The beds were a little small and there was no bath mat when you use the en-suite bathroom. Only minor negatives as it was a beautiful house.
