Cosy hideaway in leafy Lytham

Pros: Accommodation was immaculate,welcome basket was a great touch and truly not expected. Nothing was of any trouble for the hosts

Pros: Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Beautifully decorated to a high standard, some nice little treats on arrival, amazing and beautiful grounds surrounding the property. Perfect for a quiet birthday family get together! Check out at 12pm is so rare and so nice to wake up and get yourselves ready without rushing. Host was very responsive when I needed her. Amazing - Will most definitely be back

Pros: The property is set on stunning grounds. Decorated to a high standard and has everything needed for a short stay. The staff are lovely and made us feel very welcome.

Pros: This is a lovely property, beautifully decorated with everything we needed for our stay. The surroundings are lovely and it was very quiet. The basket of provisions left for us on arrival was an added bonus. We were welcomed by Karen, who asked if there was anything else we needed and told us about the area. We would definitely stay again.

Pros: Lovely modern, yet charming house in well maintained grounds, lovely little woodlands walk with seating. Close to Lytham Hall estate, although adjoining track had a locked gate.

Cons: Lack of coat hooks - not a problem, just something that could be added.

Relaxing stay, would consider again when next travelling to the area

Pros: Beautiful property in a quiet location but still very convenient to get to local facilities and Lytham centre. Great to have the use of a garden with nice furniture and private outlook.

Cons: The decor and furniture were lovely but a larger sofa would have been ideal.

A lovely sunny visit to a well planned modern house.

Pros: Outdoor seating and table was lovely on a sunny day. Close to Lytham hall with a nice walk through woodland. Plenty of hot water and good heating system. Flexible check out was very helpful on the day we left. Staff doing the checkout were friendly and helpful. Welcome pack was lovely. Included bottles of water, bread, butter and milk which was most helpful.

Cons: It would have been helpful to have a washing machine to do laundry. The host kindly offered to do a load in an emergency, which we didn't take up. There is a kerb in the drive which is hard to see if not careful. I couldn't cast to the TV from my own devices, it wasn't clear what the issue was. Small issue though. There were some feather pillows which we isolated in the airing cupboard to avoid sneezing. There were enough anti allergy bedding,cso not a major problem.
