Lovely quiet 3 bedroom house in a fabulous location

Pros: Lovely new build property on a large estate close to Lytham Hall Very quiet location and just 5 minutes drive to Lytham Property finished to a high standard and decorated for Christmas. A lovely welcome hamper was left which was a wonderful surprise

Cons: Everything was lovely A few items missing from the kitchen ie oven gloves and oven trays and the bathroom radiator was not working

Pros: Fantastic safe location. 5 minutes from Lytham but lovely countryside setting. Attention to detail at the property was great from the decor to the well stocked welcome pack.

Amazing. Absolutely recommend 👌

Pros: The owners were very friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and finished to a very high standard. Woodland walk was lovely and the grounds and associated buildings were amazing. A lovely peaceful environment to completely switch off and chill. Will definitely be returning.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Pros: This is our 2nd visit here absolutely love it. Spotlessly clean, great location. You can walk into Lytham which is a nice place to visit. We will be back next year

We went for 40s weekend in Lythm , property was ideal a short pleasant stroll.in.

Pros: Well furnished great tv , wonderful beds and bedding. Huge kitchen

Cons: There should have been a handrail in bathroom,shower really surprised there wasn’t as safety should be too priority- also small things like no oven gloves, no tray or omelet pan, mentioning this as so easy to correct for future holiday makers.

Pros: Lovely house, great location. Very new and clean. Nice little garden - suntrap in the morning. Comfy beds.

Cons: Couple of very minor points - bedside lights in the twin room, more glasses in the kitchen.

Pros: Amazing location and hosts, attention to detail and comfort, beautiful interiors and quality fixtures. Beds comfortable and welcome pack a nice touch. Overall amazing venue and facilities in a tranquil setting. Houses and amazing gym a cut above other venues.
