Fantastic 😍

Pros: Very clean and modern. Double bed incredibly comfy. Everything inside the bungalow was brilliant, television, cooking facilities etc.... Lovely quiet location, totally silent through the night.

Cons: Mattresses on the bunk beds would benefit from an upgrade and the outside rear garden is in need of some TLC however this didn't spoil our stay at all.

An inspired choice for a stay in Lytham.

Pros: This property has been recently renovated and is in pristine condition, kept beautifully clean and is very well presented. I would most certainly stay there again, without reservation.

Cons: Everything was excellent, there was nothing I disliked.

A good little find and will be returning

Pros: The property was spotless and modern in a quiet location but only a stones throw via taxi to the main attractions. The kitchen was well equipped and the sitting area was comfortable. Would definitely go back

Pros: The bungalow was really clean and comfortable. The family really enjoyed their stay and had everything they needed to hand. Check in was easy using the lock box and Rob & Jenna responded to any messages we sent quickly.

Cons: Just the addition of a highchair but this wasn't really a problem for us.

Pros: Visited with family to attend a local event. Only stayed one night but we were all blown away. Easy to find, driveway parking for one car, so clean and modern, warm and comfortable We would definitely stay again

Fabulous Lytham stay

Pros: Beautifully presented bungalow in quiet location. We had everything we needed for our two night stay. Plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery and utensils. All appliances easy to use. Excellent communication from the host with clear checkin/out instructions. 12.00 check out was a nice bonus.

Cons: Nothing. It was pretty much perfect.

Lovely bungalow.

Pros: Lovely interior. Refurbished really well. Clean with good facilities.Great local bus service couple mins away from property in Lytham st Ann's or Blackpool..

Cons: Bunk bed uncomfortable for adults. Outside areas nice but a little untidy. Weeds etc. garden tidying.Double single bed was very comfortable I was told.
