Great stay, great host and so very helpful a lovely place to stay and will defo stay here again

Pros: Absolutely everything the host even set up a beautiful Christmas tree

This property is perfect we were visiting family and it was a base for us to come and go as we pleased it was pet friend

Pros: The property was clean tidy and home away from home it had absolutely everything you would need for a break away.

Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property.

Relaxing break in a comfortable home.

Pros: It was a lovely self contained home in, that shared a garden with the hosts. Easy to get into the garden through a locked gate, using a key from a lock-box on the wall outside. The code was sent on the morning of my arrival. The hosts regularly messaged me to check if all was ok, which was a lovely touch - considering they were on their honeymoon!! Would highly recommend this lovely, extremely clean, home from home

Lovely little find :-)

Pros: There was a lovely gift basket of goodies upon arrival, and the little things had been thought about that I find usually aren't, such as salt and pepper, washing up liquid, etc. The host was very friendly, checking in with us mid-stay, and she even went out of her way to find and return a lost item through the post to us after our stay. Top service!

Wonderful stay

Pros: We had a 2 night stay for an event in the area. Arrived very late the first night. On arrival, a welcome basket was waiting and much appreciated. The accommodation is set in a lovely, quiet residential area. Beds were comfortable with gorgeous sheets that smelled of flowers. Host was contactable at all times and it was a most pleasurable stay.

Cons: The fact we couldn't stay longer!

Perfect stay in a not so sunny Blackpool! Great place.

Pros: Exceptionally clean, just as described, outside garden being worked on currently, will be great when completed but didn’t spoil our stay

Cons: Unable to open conservatory door to outside, but this is being rebuilt as part of development

Pros: The coach house is beautiful and only a 10 minute walk from St Annes-on-the-Sea Helen and Alex are both lovely and very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. There was a beautiful little gift hamper left for us also tea,coffee,sugar and milk. Feel like we have never slept has good (even though beds a little squeaky) Feel very relaxed 😌

Cons: The bathroom could be a little bigger by making the shower smaller, you had to step in the shower to open the bathroom door other wise you would fall off the little step, also the shower could be more powerful. The main problem for us was the fact that they was having work done on the shared garden,even though Helen text me the days that work was going to be done it ment that we couldn't sit out and enjoy the sunshine we felt like we had to go out everyday. Helen was very apologetic and bought us a lovely bottle of possecco to say sorry. When the garden is finished it will be beautiful for others to enjoy 😀

Lovely time in Lytham

Pros: The place was very homely. Helen, the host was fab, couldn't do enough for you. There was a lovely welcome basket, which was much appreciated. Only ten minutes walk and you were in the town centre, promenade was 5 minutes away. We walked into Blackpool one day, took approximately 1hr and a half along the beach, £5 in an Uber back. Would highly recommend.
