Charles Alexander Short Stay - Derbe House

Pros: House was lovely, spacious enough once we got a heater for the conservatory.

Overall the property fitted the bill for the 3 days we were there.

Pros: The location was great, handy for public transport, with a lovely Italian 50yds away.

Cons: One of the double beds needed fixing as it tilted over on our first use, followed by the smoke alarm falling of the ceiling. Somewhere to hang wet coats would have useful.

Beautiful dog friendly home, close to the beach

Pros: This house was really very nice. It was in a fantastic location. 5 minutes' walk to the beach was also dog friendly, which is great for us. This house it's self was immaculate, it was so cosy, the beds were fresh and very comfortable. The bathroo. Was beautifully clean and spacious. What can I say? we really did enjoy staying in the house it was lovely, and we will certainly be back again.

Cons: This is not really a negative but just a few things t9 consider, such as airfryer for the kitchen. There was no vegetable peeler and also not baking tins such as muffin tins. This is literally the only thing I could point out from our stay.

Lovely accommodation near St Anne's seafront.

Pros: The location was great, very close to the sea front and a small local supermarket. Parking was easy. The house was very stylish and smart. It had everything required for a happy family holiday, so no complaints. Also, we contacted the owners through the e-mail with a query and received a very quick response. Thank you. I'm sure we'll be back!

Cons: Nothing really but to mention...the stairs are rather steep and there is only one upstairs toilet. However, we managed fine.

Pros: Excellent facilities and rooms are a good size. Easy to get in and out of the property.

Pros: Beautiful homely house.. short walk from the beach.. short drive into Blackpool. We would happily go back. X

Cons: Couldn't work the microwave.. might have just been me but wasn't on the info sheets.. Everything was great, comfortable and clean.

Pros: A lovely family home, ideal location near to the beach and local attractions. Outside area ideal to sit out and enjoy the sunny weather 😎

Really lovely house. Great location.

Pros: Lovely big house, good communication, gorgeous kitchen, bathroom, garden and living room. Really nice.

Cons: Another bathroom & a travel cot would have been perfect. Additional towels were needed and some larger bath sheets would have been nice and a spare quilt/pillow set is needed as I had to bring a travel cot and had no sheets for it.

Perfect celebration weekend stay with family and the dog.

Pros: Perfect for our family celebration. Beautiful house inside and out. Loved it all.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The house is beautiful. Has everything you need. Close to the beach, shops and has the promenade, cinema, pool and gym etc all really close by. 10 minute drive into Blackpool for the pleasure Beach.

Cons: I think the price for 5 days was very expensive.
