Lovely and comfortable and great breakfast.

Pros: We was actually upgraded to a sea view which was lovely. The breakfast was great too.

Cons: Nothing actually. Just a bit far to walk to the town centre. Only because I have not long had knee replacements so it seemed a bit far.

Pros: The room the view over Morecambe bay and the breakfast was brilliant

Pros: This property is immaculate from top to bottom and is superbly kept by Dave and Pam. They are extremely friendly and welcoming and the breakfast is second to none. As soon as you enter your room you are impressed by the lovely clean odour and sparkling bed sheets & pillows. There is plenty of free parking in front of the property and also along the road nearby. The town is only a short walk up the road and has everything you could want. If you travel by bus there is a bus stop opposite the property going just about anywhere you could wish for and they are extremely frequent including early morning until late into the evening. The value offered by this lovely couple in this gorgeous home is incredible and if you like a pint you have a Wetherspoons only a short walk away. The beach and the footpaths are spotless and this truly is a lovely visit. If you are considering Morecambe just book here and you will not be disappointed.

Brilliant location although parking a bit chancy as it depends what space is available on the street

Pros: We had a room with an excellent view across the sea front and free wifi, which was appreciated. Window was double glazed with thick curtains so traffic noise was not a problem. Bed was very comfortable despite initial appearances. Breakfast was also excellent - 'English' Breakfast menu choices are taken on arrival and supplemented by a decent coffee machine. The toaster was a little trickier! A choice of cereal is also available as well as fruit juices. Our host - Dave - couldn't have been more accommodating - especially as we had an issue with our car - Dave came to the rescue and went above and beyond! Grateful Cheers!!

Cons: The toilet was connected to a macerator which was a bit noisy and also started working (briefly) during the night when no-one was in the loo(!) so maybe some adjustment needed?

Excellent B&B

Pros: Location. Room was lovely. Large, clean and warm. Smart TV and excellent wifi. Dave was very friendly and told me all I needed to know about eating places etc. Breakfast was fabulous ( and big! ). This is how a B&B should be run. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in this area.
