excelent stay .. will return but in a warmer month...november was a bit too cold and wet ,!!!! ...

Pros: breakfast was very good and the starters of freshly made fruit along with yogurt was so tasty ..and poach eggs were spot on ..we had a very comfortable room and bed with garden view and every where was spotless clean.couldnt have asked for a more helpful hostess than jean..went above and beyond ..thank you for a great stay..

Thoroughly recommended

Pros: The guest house is in a quiet location but only a 5 min walk to the station & 10 mins walk to the centre of Grange. Our room was spacious, clean & comfortable & surprisingly quiet considering it was on the ground floor facing the road.. Thankyou to Jean & Shaun who couldn't do enough to help make our stay enjoyable & the breakfast was as good as we've ever been given. Thoroughly recommended.

A great venue for a break by the coast

Pros: Three or four minutes walk from the station and the promenade. Cosy room . Spotless in fact. Lovely cooked to order breakfast. Pleasant owners.

Very welcoming

Pros: Everything was perfect from check in to check out, hosts are extremely friendly, informative and attentive, nothing was too much trouble, we had forgotten the plug for the phone charger and sent a message within 20 minutes they came to the room with one. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to your liking. BEWARE… of Shaun, he’ll say shall we have a game of pool and darts later… knowing full… you don’t stand a chance lol. Had a lovely evening after a busy day out, would definitely recommend this accommodation it is spotless and would definitely return if we needed to be in this area. Thank you Jean and Shaun your property is a real credit to you both and you should be proud. Regards Lynn and Steve
