Perfect, exactly what we wanted.

Pros: It was just like being at home.. but in a bigger house.. with a hot tub. Just what we needed!

Cons: Could maybe have done with one more bathroom

Great house for easy access to Blackpool and Lytham St Anne’s

Pros: Great location, 5 mins on train to pleasure beach and big enough for a large party.

Cons: No major issues. Room with the bunks needs a new mattress or topper otherwise all good.

Great stay, lovely home. Would definitely stay again 😃😃

Pros: Great size for a large group. Just a ten minute stroll into st Anne’s which was great, made use of the lovely, sizeable garden and hot tub. And the outdoor bar was a favourite of ours. So much space for the kids and dog to run around.

Cons: Could’ve maybe done with an extra bathroom, as we had a queue a few times as there was 18 of us but we managed :)

Pros: The whole house was very spacious, well equipped kitchen, lovely and clean and the hot tub was just brilliant.

Cons: Mattress in double/bunk room, definitely needs changing, very uncomfortable. The quilt also needs changing too very large stain on it. Kitchen would benefit from a few more pans

Great family stay!

Pros: Really nice to have tea & Coffee available on arrival and cereals too. We we all blown away by the size of the house and the large tables made it really easy for us all to eat together as a large family. The large cupboard with toys was a really nice addition, my daughter loved the Pirate bedroom - we will defo be back!!

Cons: The bar area was a bit messy inside, old fruit left in the fridge so had we wantes to use that space we would have neesed to clean it first. Bathroom on 1st floor had some loose tiles on the wall as you walked in. TV in the pirate bedroom lost wifi signal which we struggled to reconnect and a few of the remotes needed batteries changing to work. Would ask for an earlier check in if possible next time.

Really enjoyed it.

Pros: Size of property. Rooms were a good size and the location. Great communication with Sharna.

Cons: Could use another bathroom/ toilet and shower. Especially when a large group is staying. There was only 1 toilet upstairs for the 8 bedrooms. The alternative was to go down to the bottom floor.

Pros: Fabulous on all counts. Location was great, house was amazing. So much space and especially enjoyed the hot tub. Our whole family had the best time. Place was immaculate. 100% recommend.
