Lovely place to stay and close to all amenities. Would be more than happy to stay here again. Thanks.

Pros: Property was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was also well located for us as only a short distance from our family whom we were visiting. Would be happy to stay here again when we next visit as a family group. Many thanks also for the milk and the kindly appreciated bottle of fizz… a lovely touch.

Cons: Only slight difficulty was working out how to put the heating on as it was very cold when we arrived but managed to figure it out !!!

Lovely spacious clean house with plenty of street parking

Pros: Clean and comfortable well equipped kitchen met all our needs and perfect safe garden for the dog. Communication with owner was good which is alway reassuring

Lovely family home providing comfort in a good location.

Pros: Excellent location. Co op shop and supermarket within short distance. Great spacious and secure garden for children and pets. Beds are extremely comfortable and so are sofas. Good Wi-Fi .

Cons: There were 5 of us in the house and just having 1 toilet was challenging sometimes.

Pros: The location was quite good The house was comfortable and clean

Cons: Only minor details, no big problem but a couple of items of crockery were stained and chipped

Pros: Handy for local shops.short drive to beach.house had everything you needed .

Cons: This is not a dislike .the large mirror on the landing could do with anchoring to the wall.the mirror itself is a great feature .

Pros: The house was very roomy and the garden was amazing, the tv and wfi was great and it was just a short walk to the bus stop.

good value, easy stay

Pros: large spacious house with plenty of room lovley enclosed garden the host left us milk and fizz much appreciated !

Cons: some parts of the house need to be updated the radiators in the bathroom are grubby an ready for a change as are most of the blinds i dont like having to strip the beds before leaving personal preference but not a major issue

Spacious & clean great stay

Pros: Lovely & spacious with very well equipped kitchen. Bathroom was large & very clean. Bedrooms very comfortable. Lovely garden. Central location for Lytham & Blackpool in a nice area with great transport links. Good communication with host. Highly recommend.
