Great location, great for a big family

Pros: Nice open living space , bedrooms were quiet , comfortable beds , kitchen was well equipped

Both families had a great stay and wished we could have booked more days

Pros: Quite location, easy to get around, good parking. House was large, with lots of open space to socialise and relax. All rooms were large and comfortable, kitchen had everything that you'd need.

Cons: Not sure, all was good. We had a short break there with the objective of being able to spend quality time with our extended family. The house was great for that so nothing not to like.

WONDERFUL 3 DAY BREAK - COMFORATABLE & RELAXING

Pros: LOCATION WAS FANTASTIC FOR US. ARRIVED BY TRAIN & IT'S ONLY A 10 MINUTE WALK FROM THE STATION. BEACH, PIER AND SUPERMARKETS 5/10 MINUTES AWAY ON FOOT. 2 MINUTES FROM A BEAUTIFUL PARK & 10 MINUTES FROM OUR FAVOURITE RESTAURANT JAI LOUNGE. HUGE HOUSE WITH LOTS OF ROOM TO RELAX. BRIGHT ROOMS, BEAUTIFUL DECOR & A WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN. ST ANNES IS A LOVELY PLACE TO VISIT. BEAUTIFUL BEACH AND MUCH MORE RELAXED THAN NEARBY BLACKPOOL.

Cons: KITCHEN SMELLS DO TRAVEL THROUGH TO THE DININGROOM/LOUNGE AREA BUT THIS IS HARD TO AVOID IN AN OPEN PLAN SPACE. HOWEVER, THERE ARE LOTS OF WINDOWS AND PATIO DOORS YOU CAN OPEN TO AIR THE SPACE.

Great value for money but not in Latham x

Pros: Location was great but please remember the apartment is in Latham St Anne’s not Latham therefore 5 miles between the two xx

Cons: It was cold at times

Great family social space

Pros: We were a family group visiting family, and it was good to all be under one roof. The apartment had great social space, and it was easy to park outside with extra cars. The rooms were clean and comfortable and warm. Obe room is on the ground floor. Which was perfect for our needs.

Cons: One more bathroom would have been handy, but 2 worked okay

Good Accommodation and well-managed

Pros: Really good accommodation, comfortable beds and close to sea. Short stroll to St. Anne's centre.

A lovely stay

Pros: We loved the apartment, it was clean and spacious, close to shops, restaurants and pubs and only a short walk to St Anne's pier. There is also a lovely park nearby.

Cons: The en-suite for the downstairs bedroom would benefit from an extractor fan.

Had a fabulous quality time stay with family. Lots of fun and memories made.

Pros: Perfect location, spotless, comfortable with everything you needed to enjoy your stay with family.

Cons: Internal stairs very steep but having the downstairs en-suite bedroom was perfect for my parents.

Lovely property for a large family holiday, fabulous location, lovely spacious rooms.

Pros: Location was excellent, lots of space, very nicely decorated

Cons: Kitchen appliances were tired, the oven didn’t work and some of the rings on the hob didn’t work.
