Absolutely perfect!

Pros: Great location, lovely space and very well finished to a high standard. We loved the upstairs living space with beautiful views.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: The accommodation is beautifully decorated and furnished. It is immaculately clean and the host has thought of absolutely everything that a guest would need. The weather was cold at the time we stayed but the whole property was wonderfully warm throughout

We were only able to stay for a couple of nights but it ticked all our boxes - thankyou

Pros: The location is deceiving as it's very rural but only a stone's throw from the M6 motorway, so in that respect it's very accessible for getting to. The loved the modern twist of the property but within a farm setting.

Cons: There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Pros: We had a lovely one night stay! As soon as we walked in, it smelled amazing and felt so fresh and clean. Everything was spotless and beautifully presented. Absolutely everything had been thought of – there wasn’t a single thing missing. It really made our stay comfortable and stress-free. We stayed with our dog and our little girl, and it was perfect for all of us. The accommodation was welcoming, family-friendly, and very well equipped. We had such a relaxing time and will definitely be back. Highly recommended! 🌟

Pros: The whole place was amazing, the heating systems are fantastic. Everything we needed was there. Good instructions.

Cons: The downstairs shower went cold halfway through my shower so had to use the electric shower upstairs which is quite small.

Pros: Wonderful accommodation perfect for our little visit to see friends. So much better than a hotel as we could put our little one to bed and relax upstairs in the gorgeous spacious living/dining area. Very modern we loved the heating systems on the ceiling ! And overall the place was finished to such a high standard.

Pros: Key safe info provided and accessible, property was easy to find. Host, Lisa, was very responsive to messages, and really accommodating, which made our visit, for a family wedding locally, really special and welcoming; nothing was too much trouble. We have already made the decision that we would absolutely return to The Retreat, as we didn’t have time to make the most of the lovely facilities in the accommodation on this visit, and the beautiful location it is situated in. The property has been converted to a high standard and all the attention to detail and home from home vibe really made our stay. Thank you so much, we will see you again soon!
